2) Have more than 50 hours of real time logged on the server you are requesting.
3) Do not have rights on another server! (Applies to all games and servers not under ReliveGames.com)
4) Not being a problem player.
5) Have experience with amxmodmenu
6) Have the original game cs 1.6
7) Communication skills (basic EN)
