Player Rights and Responsibilities
Rights:
- Players have the right to request help from an admin when their question pertains to our server. However, requests for help must comply with server rules.
- Players have the right to file a complaint against another player or a member of the A-Team if they have evidence to support their claims. Any complaint submitted without evidence will be dismissed.
Responsibilities:
- Players are required to report any bugs on the server and are strictly prohibited from exploiting them.
- Players must not impersonate a member of the A-Team or a YouTuber/Streamer under any circumstances.
- It is forbidden to spam the chat, spam private messages, post advertisements for other Minecraft servers, YouTube channels, streams, or URLs, or to use skins depicting sexual, racist, or fascist content. Additionally, the use of hacks (e.g., double-click, triple-click, kill aura, fly hacks, etc.), offensive language, or mocking other players is prohibited.
- Players must not provoke others, including A-Team members, or instigate conflicts.
- Players are required to follow instructions given by A-Team members.
- Players may not dispute the type or duration of a punishment. A-Team decisions must be respected.
- Players are prohibited from bypassing their punishment. If it is discovered that a player is bypassing their punishment, they risk receiving a permanent IP ban without the possibility of an unban.
- Players must not lie (e.g., claiming they did not cheat or grief) as doing so may result in an extended punishment.
- Players must not destroy the environment or other playersโ builds, whether inside or outside of protected areas.
A-Team Rights and Responsibilities
Rights:
- Server management reserves the right to ban a player without providing a reason.
- A-Team members are not obligated to respond to messages like "Can I have OP?" or "Can you give me items?" and may mute or kick players for such requests.
Responsibilities:
- A-Team members must use the same username on the server and TeamSpeak 3 (TS3).
- The A-Team must resolve any player issue they are handling and cannot leave the server while resolving it.
- If the server is offline, A-Team members must report the issue to a Developer/Head Admin/Senior Admin.
- A-Team members are strictly prohibited from abusing their powers (e.g., giving items, duplicating, unjustified bans).
- A-Team members must not assert dominance over players using their powers.
- A-Team members are required to retain evidence for a period of 7 days.
- Minecraft management (Head Admins and above) is not required to retain ban evidence.
General Rules
- You will be banned immediately if you violate the server rules on RelivGames.com.
- If you believe you were banned unfairly, you have the right to request an unban by posting in the appropriate forum section.
- Requests for unbans made after 7 days (from the time of the ban) will be automatically denied.
- If you violated the server rules, your unban request will be rejected.
- Any disruptive behavior (e.g., griefing, TPA killing, destroying the environment) may result in punishment.
- Attempting to bypass a ban (e.g., by creating a new account) may result in an IP ban.
- AFK farming (e.g., camping at an Iron Golem farm) may result in a 7-day ban issued by the A-Team.
- Racism, building swastikas, and any form of sexist or discriminatory content are strictly prohibited.
Violation of Rules
For rule violations, the following five types of punishments may be applied:
- Warnย โ A warning to the player (e.g., for chat spam, ignoring A-Team members, minor insults).
- Kickย โ Removal from the server (e.g., for ignoring warnings, excessive insults, spam).
- TempBanย โ Temporary account ban (e.g., for more serious rule violations like griefing, insulting others, stealing, TPA killing, using cheats like triple-click/double-click, or autoclickers).
- BANย โ Permanent account ban (e.g., for repeated rule violations, ban evasion, advertising).
- IP BANย โ A ban on your IP address (you will no longer be able to connect to the server using your IP).
Appeals and Complaints
- You may file a complaint against a punishment (warn, kick, ban) in the forum โ [link to forum].
- Complaints regarding unjustified punishments must be submitted within 7 days of issuance.
- Once a complaint is submitted, the admin who issued the punishment will provide their statement, and a higher-ranking A-Team member will review it.
- In the forumโsย Unban Requestsย section, you can also request clarification on the reason for a ban. Admins are required to provide screenshots as evidence, which must be retained for 7 days.
- If you received a justified ban but wish to play again, you may purchase an unban or exchange your Minecraft account on our website.
- If you believe an A-Team member is unfairly banning you, do not hesitate to contact us via the forum, and we will thoroughly investigate the matter.
Definitions
- Playerย โ A user who plays on the RelivGames.com servers.
- A-Teamย โ Players officially listed as A-Team members on the website or server.
